Congratulations to our incredibly talented musicians and dedicated music staff for an outstanding Kaleidoscope Concert last night! The evening was a dazzling celebration of music from the movies, performed by our Rustybugs, music staff, and special guest musicians. Adding a fun surprise to the mix, our school principal, Mrs Belinda Petersen, even took to the stage on bass guitar!
The concert took the audience on a true musical rollercoaster, showcasing the incredible depth of our music department. Highlights included performances by our Guinness World Record Marimba Band, Junior and Senior Strings, Cello Ensemble, Saxophone Ensemble, Flute Ensemble, Senior Choir, Vocal Ensemble, Wind Band, and orchestra.
Guests were also treated to stunning solo performances and a magnificent Grand Ensemble that brought this kaleidoscope of movie music to a brilliant close.
A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Harlene Veotte, our Rustenburg staff, musicians, and the entire school community for their hard work, dedication, and unwavering support in making this event such a spectacular success.
